Make-Up Class Policies

Make-up classes are classes that you can schedule to make up for missing a previous class. These classes can be any of our other classes that are level and age appropriate for the student AND that have openings. You cannot take a make-up class in a class that is already full. You do not have to have previous experience in a class to take it as a make-up IF it is an intro level class.

To be eligible for a make-up class for youth classes or adult class series, you must notify the studio via email at least 24 hours BEFORE your missed class. NO refunds or account credits. Starting August 1st, 2021, you are allowed only 1 make-up class per month per class. For emergencies, please call front desk at 501-725-4975.

Please email makeupclass@arcircus.com to notify ACA staff and schedule a make-up class.
**NO CALL/NO SHOWS are not eligible for makeups.

• Notifying us after the missed class will NOT make you eligible for a makeup.

• Messaging your teacher will not make you eligible for a makeup.

• If you do not show up for a makeup class, it automatically expires.

• Makeup classes EXPIRE 14 days after your missed class- parents and students are responsible for scheduling their makeup class in a timely manner.

**DROP-IN classes are only eligible for a makeup class if we receive 48 hours notice via email before the class.
