Private lessons & parties must be paid in full 24 hours before the date of your lesson. This reserves your date and instructor. If we do not receive payment at least 24 hours in advance, your date and time will be released to other potential clients.
Parties of 5 or more people that are scheduled on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will need to pay a mandatory gratuity fee of 15% via Venmo, CashApp, or PayPal, or Cash. This fee goes directly to the instructor and will be due before your party begins. You will be required to show the front desk administrator a screenshot or proof of the gratuity fee being sent before your lesson begins. This fee must be sent by only one person to reduce confusion.
No refunds for cancellations or changes in number of people.
Private lessons/parties may be rescheduled if ACA is given 24 hours notice or more via phone or email. Any notice less than 24 hours before the lesson is not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Rescheduling a private lesson or a party more than once will result in a $35 rescheduling fee.
Showing up late will reduce the amount of time you have in your private lesson or party. You will not be eligible for a refund or credit for any lost time. You will not be able to extend the length of your lesson.
No shows will not be eligible for a refund, credit, or reschedule.
Adult parties are allowed to bring food and snacks with them to their lesson, but students will be using lesson time to eat and may wish to book a longer party if they plan on eating.
Adult parties with students over the age of 21 are allowed to bring alcohol with them to their party. No hard alcohol is allowed. Students may only bring up to 2 bottles of either wine or champagne.
Our front desk administrators and instructors reserve the right to check students’ IDs when bringing alcohol into the studio for consumption.
Instructors and front desk administrators reserve the right to call an Uber/Lyft/etc to transport you home if they believe you are too intoxicated to safely drive. The cost of the Uber/Lyft/etc will be charged to the card on file.
If students become too intoxicated, instructors reserve the right to prohibit the use of our poles or aerial apparatuses to maintain a safe environment. Refunds and credits will not be given to students whose lessons end early due to intoxication.
The instructor will not extend the party time to make up for any lesson time lost to students eating or drinking.
ACA reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of $25 if a mess is left in the studio due to eating or drinking. This will be charged to the card on file.
