Drop & Cancellation Policies

Adult and Youth Class series’ enrollment rolls over each month until you request to drop the class. To drop (unenroll) from an adult class series or youth class, you must call or email ACA before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for that month. Call 501-725-4975 or email info@arcircus.com to drop. You cannot drop a class without communicating with the front desk.
Any drop notice received after the 1st of the month is not eligible for a refund or class credit. A class series is similar to a membership at any other gym and will renew each month until you cancel or drop. Even if you have not attended any classes for that month, you will still be charged unless you give notice before the 1st of the month.
No shows and last minute cancellations for parties, private lessons, and classes are not tolerated. You will not receive a refund, reschedule, credit, or makeup class for parties, private lessons, and classes that you miss without notice or cancel last minute.
If we receive notice at least 24 hours prior to a party or private lesson that you will miss, we can reschedule free of charge. Rescheduling a private lesson or party more than once will result in a $35 rescheduling fee each time it is rescheduled. If we receive notice at least 24 hours prior to a class that you will miss, we can schedule a makeup class for you. Only 1 makeup class is allowed per month per class series.
If we do not receive notice or receive notice the day of the party or private lesson, you will not be eligible for a reschedule and will need to book and pay for another party/private lesson in full.
